Dear World was created and evolved from a project by RX FOGARTY that served as a love letter to the city of New Orleans! But it grew into something bigger, an international photo series that is dedicated to connecting organizations, communities, and teams through meaningful stories of their people. RX earned a degree in Journalism from the University Of Oregon and served on New Orleans’ Mayor’s Office of Recovery and Development. We thank RX for his time to chat with us!
